Cordys provides 24/7 support for our customers with local front line teams backed up by the Global Support team. Global support is co-located with the Product Development team to ensure a close collaboration and timely delivery of any hot fixes required for issue resolution. Robust systems are in place for customers to log and track issues from entry through resolution. Cordys Global Support is focused solely on support issues related to the BOP platform and tools. Support for applications and solutions built on the platform is managed by local Professional Service teams and Customer Center of Excellence (COE) resources.
