Geographically based service teams provide front line, onsite support for customers. These teams include Engagement Managers, Solutions Architects, Developers, and Systems Administration Engineers who are trained and certified on the Cordys platform. Professional Services teams engage very early with our customers, usually beginning with a Proof of Concept (PoC) project or development workshops. These projects involve knowledge transfer to the customer team in a collaborative mode that includes the entire lifecycle in a condensed, intensive rapid development project. The Cordys methodology from Design to Delivery is followed, including Agile Development of the prototypes, User Acceptance Testing, and readiness for the Promote to Production stage of delivery.

The core teams that collaborate on a successful PoC gain mutual knowledge of the business requirements, solutions, and customer specific governance and compliance issues, and this forms the basis for a larger rollout.
