business processes with the help of Cordys and Powel. Cordys is a global provider
of software for business process innovation for the modeling, monitoring and
orchestration of business processes. For Mälarenergi,
this will mean better insight into daily operations and automated flows for the
measurement, collection, control, follow-up and analysis of all processes
running in the power grid. Using the Cordys platform, Mälarenergi

Assessing the right information when you need it
The
Cordys platform complements existing enterprise software such as ERP and CRM
but adds agility, visibility and control to business operations. The Cordys

composite application development based on a highly scalable architecture,
delivering a complete Platform-as-a-Service. Through
Application Management, Powel will take comprehensive responsibility for a
number of products through all stages, from delivery to active support. As a result Powel will deliver Powel
BPM, powered by the Cordys business tools, but also Powel ELIN, Powel Elsmart and Powel MDMS. Eventually, Powel will integrate
Cordys with both Elsmart and MDMS.

at the same time management personnel can access key figures from our process
dashboards presented in real time. The information that is necessary for our
customers’ daily operations can now pass through all systems with real-time
checking. This means, for example, that it will be easier to monitor and take
corrective actions during connection and provider change processes. At the end
of the day, it’s all about increased customer value and extracting the right
information when we need it. In other words, we can provide better service to

Mälarenergi AB group services, which means that Cordys can also be used for
