Cordys offers several options to obtain and assure the right knowledge for the partner- and customer team members. For Partners there are also tracks for selling Cordys products.
Basic and Advanced Training
Cordys Academy offers basic and advanced training onsite, classroom and supervised self-study. Next to the classes, Cordys Academy offers - free of charge - all her training/course material via the Cordys Community, including a training VM image.

Learning Support
Cordys shares all her product and selling knowledge in real time with her subscribed audiences in the highly visited and appreciated Cordys Community. Documentation, Academy resources, Forums, Expert knowledge from the field and much more is shared in real time. This knowledge is, for instance, used by Cordys Academy during guided exam preparation.

Certification
Cordys Certification is designed to assure the right skills and knowledge with anybody engaged with the Cordys platform. Cordys Certification is complete, robust and has proven itself in the field.
Certification Procedure
Every certification exam comprises of a theory, hands-on and interview exam. A separate Theory Assessment can be done for each certificate to measure the current skill and assess the remaining study load. In the diagram below you find the current offering and the growth paths for the professional levels. Each Certificate process allows for an optional Theory Assessment (Pre-Certification). Any person can have a maximum of 3 rounds of Theory Assessments/Certificate. In case of failing the Theory Assessment , a tailored study advise is given. All certificate processes are done completely online and comprise of :
- Theory multiple choice. 1 hour. Pass and continue at 75% or more
- Practical hands-on open assignment. Open questions on a case. 7 calender days to complete. Upload a workproduct. Pass and continue at 75% or more.
- Interview. 1 hour. Webcam/headset. Defend design choices and demonstrate true ability.
Available Certificates
Titles
Cordys recognizes individuals with a combination of certificates as senior experts in a certain knowledge domain. The combination of these certificates assures that all aspects of design choices can be considered before proposing or during implementation of a project.
Certification Pricing
Certification: €595/Enrollment.
Theory Assessment: €50/Enrollment. Max 3x per person per Certificate.
How to enroll
You can enroll simply by going to certification.cordys.com (Accessible via IE and Chrome only). Individual vouchers can be instantly obtained via credit card payment. Voucher bundles can be obtained via your Cordys Account Manager or Partner Manager.
Packages
Cordys recognizes that ramping up a big team may need much more orchestration and speed. Cordys offers combination packages of Training, (extended) Learning Support and Certification. Depending on how skilled the participants are and how fast they need to be certified, Cordys offers several avenues including trainer-led onsite or classroom bootcamps.

Post Certification
Cordys offers on request Pro-Coaching. Once resources are certified, they may have very specific needs for expert knowledge that goes even beyond the Basic and Advanced training.
Over the years Cordys has identified several avenues beyond certification. Cordys offers these Pro-Coaching tracks completely tailored.
Below are some examples that are available for Pro-Coaching. All these Pro-Coaching tracks are driven by a mix of Academy Trainers and/or Cordys senior field experts.
