The CIO: Essential in Change Management

On 1 April 2008 European Business Studies will organize the third Top Management Briefing IT: the National CIO Conference.

Innovation, organization and transformation – are the key activities of the CIOs in the near future. The central theme is no longer technology control, but flexible IT, cost reduction and harmonization of processes. Increasing IT budgets and the developments in the area of IT confirm the shift from IT to business. The CIO will play a central role in achieving strategic business goals and creating a flexible IT environment. For this the CIO will need to develop his own strategy.

During this briefing there will be several CIO speakers, sharing their actual experiences. And there will be time to network and speak to fellow CIOs from all sorts of industries.
