No Barriers for Good Decision-making

Making good decisions is central at this event. We will give you insight how your colleagues reach their decisions and how this process may work in your organization. Customers such as Randstad, Euroforum and the Medical Center Rijnmond-Zuid will show you how their decision-making process works and which processes they have improved to obtain this.

One of the highlights is the presentation on the results of a large scale research of pan European decision makers. Over 600 European managers allowed us to have a look into their kitchen: how do they make decisions, what is their process. The results will be presented at this event.

It promises to be another exiting Customer Relations Day with keynotes from industry experts, remarkable customer presentations and of course the latest technology and workshops on Information Management.
