We are currently looking for following positions.

  • Engineer-Performance Testing: The qualified candidate will have the ability of analyzing high-level performance bottle necks across Web Applications and also be capable of demonstrating self motivation, good communication, strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Sr. Engineer-Performance Testing: The position will be ideally suited for an experienced and well-rounded test engineer who specializes in performance tuning, root cause analysis and developing hardware sizing guides.
  • Engineer-Testing & Automation: The Testing and Automation Engineer will be reporting to the Development Manager/ SCRUM master/Project Lead/Test Lead to design and implement a test automation framework for creating and executing automated regression tests using tools like Junit/CPPUnit. The qualified candidate will be responsible for contributing to test infrastructure and to the quality of the component owned.
  • Sr. Engineer-Testing & Automation: The Senior Test & Automation Engineer will work closely with various Development teams to design and implement test automation frameworks for conducting automated regression tests and provide assistance to developers and technical leads in all aspects of automate testing and be responsible for general maintenance of automated test scripts through test cycle.
  • Software Engineer-Java: As a Software Engineer in Development team, the qualified candidate will be responsible for contributing to one of the flagship products and its components. He should be able to write stable and standardized code in Java for the modules assigned.
  • Sr. Software Engineer-Java: The Senior Software Engineer in Java Technology would be reporting to the Project Lead / Scrum Master in a specific Development Team. He should be a keen problem solver with a proactive, team oriented approach with excellent Oral and Verbal communication skills.
  • Sr. Software Engineer-AJAX: Should be an expert in at least in one programming language i.e. Java / Front End individually and should be capable of supporting and mentoring his junior associates in the corresponding technology/language. The candidate should have the ability to design reusable components with focus on performance, scalability and extensibility.
  • Technical Architect: The Technical Architect will be reporting to the Development Manager (functional) and Project Lead (project) or other senior manager in the line. The qualified candidate should mainly be able to provide impact analysis based on new or additional requirements for the Product or the Component he is assigned to.
  • Sr. Configuration Engineer: Should have strong knowledge on Configuration Management and be responsible to maintain builds on Version Controls. Exposure to any MultiSite Configuration Management tools Telelogic CM Synergy or Rational Clear Case would be an added advantage.
  • Technical Writer: Must be able to understand the functionality of the assigned products and create documentation accordingly. He should write accurate and adequate documentation which should be cohesive, coherent, consistent and concise from perspective of end user-task.
  • Usability Engineer: Develop a deep understanding of assigned products and use appropriate methods, tools and applications to prepare context of use analysis, task analysis and design documents. Conducts design reviews and lab tests for Cordys products.
  • Graphic Designer: Prepare Comparative Analysis, Conceptual Designs, UI Designs, Style sheets, Templates, Icons and clip art images based on Product Management requirements. Should be capable of taking initiatives for improvement of Corporate Branding.
  • Software Engineer-Support: Needs to interact with IT teams across the organization regarding all support related problems and involve in activities related to any escalations.
  • Sr. Manager Sales: Responsible for calling on accounts in their territory, finding leads and working on those leads. The Senior Manager - Sales role is dedicated exclusively for calling into large, untouched accounts and building a relationship with Cordys.
  • Development Manager: Key responsibilities include Project Management, People Development, Appraisals, Change Management and Process Improvements. Having Project Management certifications like PMI - PMP will be an added advantage.
  • Test Developer: High proficiency in internet technologies and database concepts is required. Prior experience in white box testing or writing programs or test tools to assure quality would be a big advantage.
