The Technical Architect will be reporting to the Development Manager (functional) and Project Lead (project) or other Senior Manager in the line. The qualified candidate should mainly be able to provide impact analysis based on new or additional requirements for the Product or the Component he is assigned to.

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis
• Architecture Design
• Coding complex components
• Critical bug fixes & support (need basis)
• Reviews - code, design, test plan, user doc.
• FURPS- Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance, Support/scalability
• Research
• Team Building
• Communication, KTs & coordination with different stakeholders
• Suggest development tools & implementation techniques - decision point
• Mentoring

Technologies: 

• Sun Java, JDBC, JavaScript, XML, OOAD is a must;
• Servlets, JSP, JavaBeans, EJB, SOAP, Socket programming and proficiency in design standard modeling technologies like UML, would be an asset.  
• Information on Web 2.0 technologies, Xforms & W3C specifications is needed.

Experience:

5+ years of professional experience in designing application components. Designing medium – complex application components

Qualification:

BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Tech/ MBA will be preferred.
