Needs to interact with IT teams across the organization regarding all support related problems and involve in activities related to any escalations.
The qualified candidate will be reporting to Support Manager and progress reporting for all tasks will be done to Line managers.

Candidate should be have good work experience in Problem solving, Analytical and Diagnosis Skills, Maintain Support/Test setups, Configuration Management, Deployment Concepts & Exposure, Database Knowledge, ERP Knowledge, Business concepts, Knowledge on Software Development process, Object Oriented Technology (OOAD), Office Tools, Technical Knowledge, Programming Knowledge – Java & HTML.
Experience:
Candidate should have 2 years of industry experience preferably with
a minimum of 1+ year in Product Support/ Maintenance or Software development in a Product Development environment.
Qualification:
BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/M.Tech, will be preferred.
