Should be an expert in at least in one programming language i.e. Java / Front End individually and should be capable of supporting and mentoring his junior associates in the corresponding technology/language. The candidate should have the ability to design reusable components with focus on performance, scalability and extensibility.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating Technical Design Documents for product development based on the functional / architectural specifications provided
• Must carry out the technical realization activities of coding and unit testing
• Responsible for timely delivery of the module / components assigned
• Adhere to the basic processes defined relevant for the work domain and raise issues and contribute suggestions wherever required in design, planning, processes, etc.
• Must apply Quality Assurance concepts and standards
• Must be able to suggest new ideas or proposal for simplifications or improvements of ones own / team’s area of work.

Required Skills:

• Candidate should be a conceptual thinker.  He/She should be strong in problem solving, designing & coding.
• Candidates should possess skills in core Java, XML and JavaScript. Knowledge of UI modeling and advanced JavaScript/DHTML is preferred. 
• Exposure to model driven architecture (MDA) & UI standards of W3C would be an added advantage. 

Experience:

Candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience development.

Qualification:

BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/M.Tech will be preferred.
