Prepare Comparative Analysis, Conceptual Designs, UI Designs, Style sheets, Templates, Icons and clip art images based on Product Management requirements. Should be capable of taking initiatives for improvement of Corporate Branding.

The qualified candidate will be reporting to Design Lead and will be working closely with Usability, Marketing & Communication and Sales teams

Responsibilities:

• Good design sense and excellent graphical design capability
• Advanced PhotoShop and Flash a must.
• Must be able to interpret Visio diagrams and wire frames. Not necessarily developing Visio diagrams and wire frames, but working closely with Information
  Architects throughout the design process.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with people of all technical levels

Required Skills:

• Web design experience, high standards, and a portfolio that exemplifies best practices.
• Understand the true value of intuitive navigation and interfaces - as proof, use simple graphics to convey complex ideas.
• Communicate effectively with both creative and technical types and are comfortable in both domains.
• Design experience
• Experience developing digital products, such as Websites, CD ROMs
• Experience developing style guides

Knowledge of:

• Design theory
• Navigation systems and Information Architecture
• Internet/Web design
• Proficiency in the following: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Dream weaver, Macromedia Flash
• Knowledge of JavaScript, VBScript, and ASP
• Flash programming expertise is a plus

Qualification:

Candidates with BFA degree from a reputed institute will be considered for this position.
