Development Manager

Key responsibilities include Project Management, People Development, Appraisals, Change Management and Process Improvements. Having Project Management certifications like PMI - PMP will be an added advantage.

The qualified candidate will report to the Director will be taking care of Developers, Testing, Documentation and Usability Engineers.

Departmental Expectations: 

  • Candidate will be managing medium to large size teams
  • He/she will be handling large projects in a product development environment.
  • Need to have good Leadership skills
  • Candidates must have good people management and leadership qualities.
  • Need to possess good communication skills.

Technologies

Candidate should have knowledge of J2SE, J2EE/.Net, EAI, XML and related technologies. Knowledge of any ERP, SCM, CRM, Datamining and webservices would be an added advantage.

Experience 

Candidate with 7 - 9 yrs of relevant experience in handling large projects in a product development environment.

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/M.Tech from reputed university. Candidates with MBA-Operations Management, Information Systems will be preferred.
