With the development of his first software package in 1978, Jan pioneered what was to become the ERP industry and created one of the fastest growing software companies in the world. He was also instrumental in the successes of WebEx and Top Tier as early investor and advisor. |

Wim Heijting Wim Heijting has over 15 years international management experience in the IT market. Since 1 August 2007 Wim is President & COO of Cordys. In this function he is responsible for all operational management of Cordys. Wim started his management career in the IT market at Baan Company in 1990 as General Counsel & Secretary to the Board. In 1998 he took up another, more operational role within Baan Company as COO for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Eastern Europe. From 2000 to 2001 Wim was Managing Partner at Vanenburg Capital Management after which he was appointed as CEO at Watermark. From 2006 onwards, Wim worked for Cordys as independent advisor Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Financing. Wim holds a Masters degree in Business law from Leiden University (the Netherlands) and completed the Advanced Management Program at Insead (Paris, October 1999). |

Jon Pyke Pyke is a globally recognized Business Process Management (BPM) pioneer and luminary. He was formerly Chief Technology Officer for Staffware, acquired by Tibco, and is a co-founder and chairman of the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC), a global organization devoted to the advancement of workflow and BPM standards and awareness. Pyke has over 30 years experience in the field of software development working for a number of software and hardware companies as well as user organizations. |

Erik Frieberg Erik Frieberg has more than 18 years of industry experience. Mr. Frieberg’s previous position was VP of Products and Strategy with Borland. In this role, Mr Frieberg managed all product, solution, and services marketing along with product strategy. Prior to joining Borland, Frieberg led worldwide product marketing for BEA and held senior marketing and product marketing positions at Escalate, Persistence Software, Netscape Communications and KIVA software. Erik Frieberg holds master’s degree in management science from MIT, and a bachelor of science from Northwestern University. |
