Per Jonsson Per Jonsson is responsible for Cordys’ sales, marketing, operations and customer support globally. Per is a Swedish national who spent 16 years with General Electric, where he held general management positions in Europe, USA and Russia. He has extensive experience of buying and selling businesses, integrating them successfully and delivering value through strategic change. Per Jonsson holds an MS in Engineering Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. |

Mark De Simone Mark De Simone has over 28 years of business leadership experience in the ICT sector. He has led market transitions across industry boundaries from client-servers to the web, from traditional telcom to IP based services and from application to collaborative processes. He has extensive executive and management team experience from Global Fortune 500 companies, including Cisco, General Electric, Lucent and McKinsey. |

Theodoor van Donge Theodoor van Donge possesses more than 25 years of IT innovation and leadership in the software sector. Together with Jan Baan, Theodoor is recognized for pioneering disruptive technologies focused on process innovation. Theodoor is the key architect behind Cordys BPMS and is responsible for the company’s technology architecture and software development. |

Hans de Visser Hans de Visser leads the product marketing and customer care teams at Cordys. He also oversees worldwide public relations and industry analyst relations. Hans brings more than 15 years of experience in Sales & Delivery, Product Marketing and General Management functions in the software industry. Prior to joining Cordys, Hans held various senior management positions in operations with Baan Company. He started his career in the SAP consulting business. Hans holds a masters degree in Business Science from the Erasmus University, Rotterdam. |

Wouter van Grootheest Wouter van Grootheest has more than 15 years experience in Financial Management in the IT industry. His profound knowledge of key business drivers in the sector as well as financial operations in change-intensive environments have driven profitable growth and efficient business processes in several international corporations. Before joining Cordys, Wouter's experience includes functions as Corporate Concern Controller at Exact Holding NV, Finance Director for Infor Global Solutions, Finance Director for SSA Global technologies and Finance Director at Baan Company. |
