Welcome to the May 2007 edition of Engage
This month we launch the Cordys Panel
of Experts – a new service that gives you direct access to highly regarded SOA
and BPM industry experts.
Representatives from Cordys Inc., Cordys Benelux and Capgemini will review submissions from the readers of Engage and provide expert counsel on the most pressing Business and IT issues facing today’s enterprises.
In terms of company developments, Cordys announced two significant and interesting developments this month.
Cordys achieved the ‘Powered by NetWeaver®’ status, which means that Cordys has demonstrated that it can fully leverage the business potential of assets provided by SAP® and other vendors. This will prove highly beneficial to both current and future Cordys users.
Capgemini Academy also announced that it has teamed up with Cordys’ own Academy to offer specialized SOA Education and Training. Again, this will prove highly beneficial to current and future customers by making extensive educational courses and materials dedicated to SOA available.
Finally, I am pleased to announce the first Cordys Benelux User Day, which takes place on Wednesday, July 4th 2007. Mark your calendars! Further information will be sent to Benelux customers shortly.
Best regards,
Loek van den Boog
CEO Cordys

Cordys has now proven its ability to interact and
exchange information with SAP® solution-based environments.
The highly sought after ‘Powered by SAP NetWeaver®’ status means that Cordys has demonstrated that its’ technology can successfully leverage the business potential of assets provided by SAP and other vendors.
The purity of the Cordys architecture, the result of the fact that the platform was built entirely from the ground-up on SOA principles, meant that Cordys was able to complete the certification extremely quickly.
Cordys will be showcasing the Cordys 4.2 BPMS solution at SAPPHIRE® ’07 Vienna, SAP’s international customer conference being held from May 14th to 16th in Austria.
Capgemini Academy
and Cordys Academy
have teamed up to offer specialized Service Oriented Architecture Education and
Training.
The partnership sees Capgemini and Cordys collaborating on the development of even more extensive educational courses and materials dedicated to Service Oriented Architecture.
Capgemini is convinced that Service Oriented Architecture will continue to be one of the leading trends for IT and business in the future and Cordys brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Service Oriented Architecture technologies, principles and techniques.
