KPN

Telco operator KPN has selected the Cordys Business Operations Platform as their basis to process online requests by customers. The Cordys platform is the link between several KPN systems for ordering, activating and invoicing new broadband services, such as telecom, Internet and multimedia.

The Cordys BOP platform enables KPN to better and more quickly cater to the wishes of their customer and provide services to them. It also allows them to reduce costs by having customers order services online and because order fulfillment and invoicing is also almost fully automated.
