Cordys@Work: SOA solutions within time, within budget

Cordys@Work is Cordys’ unique delivery methodology for Services Oriented Architecture (SOA)-based solutions. It is built on Cordys’ broad experience with delivering SOA solutions. Cordys developed this methodology to provide its customers and partners with SOA solutions within time and within budget.

Cordys@Work consists of a repository of guidelines, blueprints, templates and best practices for development and implementation of SOA-based solutions using Cordys.

Cordys@Work is centered around four crucial roles within the solution delivery process:

• Architect@Work: This module provides with an active and continuously enhanced knowledge base on architectural design aspects, including templates for designing functional and technical architecture and guidelines and use solution patterns to map the solution to the Cordys components and services.
• Administrator@Work: This module contains proven guidelines and materials for set up and deployment of a manageable Cordys environment based on the ITIL standards and also covers staging environments. This module aims to support system-, database-, platform- and application management.
• SolutionDeveloper@Work: Based on the agile and iterative SCRUM software development methodology, this module provides with numerous templates, tools, guidelines and guides for key processes in software development of SOA and Service Oriented Business Applications.
• ProjectManager@Work: A best-practice project management methodology, based on Prince2, which integrates various project management principles. This structured methodology is uses standard processes, templates, controls and components to guide project execution from start to finish.

Cordys@Work is accessible via the interactive Cordys Developer Network infrastructure, the collaborative meeting place for all Global Cordys users from customers to partners (alliances) to Cordys employees.
