Cordys and Siemens receive Process Solution Award
Cordys and Siemens AG have received a joint Award for their “innovative and exemplary Process Management project” in the area of Customer Service Management at the Process Solution Awards ceremony held in Germany. The Siemens Healthcare Cordys BPM implementation has achieved measurable benefits, which were recognized at the Awards ceremony itself.
Project lead Dorothee Funke of Siemens Healthcare Customer Service said: “We are very happy with this distinction which reinforces our choice in Cordys. We are already working together on additional projects for process improvements.”
