Better Performance with Processes

Business Process Management (BPM) can best be described as a tool to manage and improve business, using the business processes as the central structure. More and more organizations acknowledge the importance of BPM and are now positioning the business processes as the central focus point to achieve the business objectives. Projects concerning insight in, control and improvement of business processes are important issues on the agenda of organizations.

With the processes as the focus point, performance, cost, quality and risk become more transparent, measurable and can more easily be influenced. During BPM 2007 we do not question if processes should be the focal point, but rather how this can be achieved in the most effective manner.

Optimizing performance through processes is the beginning of a good start, an effective methodology, learning experiences, perseverance and obtaining support throughout the organization. BPM 2007 will touch on all these subjects. You can participate in the master class ‘Better performance with processes’, learn through experiences of other companies, and visit the exhibition where Cordys is one of the sponsors. When you leave, you will have acquired the knowledge to continue on the next step for BPM.

BPM has enough common grounds to be applicable for each type of industry. Although each sector has its own best practices, tailor-made processes, distribution and logistical processes, all will profit from BPM. And during the BPM 2007 seminar speakers from different sectors will share their best practices with you.

Cordys is one of the sponsors and you can find us on the exhibition floor. We will also host one of the BPM best practice speeches.
