In today’s changing environment, Cloud Service Providers are discovering that cloud computing and Software as a Service (SaaS) offers the chance to unlock new revenue streams through the creation and delivery of value added services.

The challenge providers face as they move toward broader adoption of cloud technology is creating these new value added services and products, provisioning them and managing them in a flexible and cost-effective way.

Cordys Cloud Provisioning allows you to create, automatically provision and orchestrate these "virtual bundles" of on-premise and cloud based services that make up a new product, value added service or application, despite the fact that these capabilities come from many providers and sources. As an example, a value added service may include cloud services and SaaS from providers such as Saleforce.com, Eloqua, Google Apps etc. The same virtual bundle may also have on-premise ERP capabilities and underlying Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). This capability can be delivered as self service, giving delegation of administrative responsibilities from the Cloud Service Provider to the customer allowing them complete control over the provisioning aspects of the value added service.

Cordys Cloud Provisioning provides:

  • Service Definition - to define the services which can be offered to customers
  • Channel Management - to segment services for different brands, geographies etc.
  • Provisioning - to take care of the delivery of services to customers (tenants) and users
  • Metering - to determine who uses the services and to what extent
  • Monitoring - to track the status of the system and its resources

Innovate to differentiate

Cordys Cloud Provisioning enables a provider to:

  • Bring new value added services to their existing customer base faster
  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Reduce cost to serve
  • Monitor and manage across the "cloud supply chain" to ensure enterprise grade SLAs
  • Increase the flexibility to enable the delivery of innovative new products
  • Differentiate from their competition
  • Expand new business opportunities and create new revenue streams
