According to Gartner, "an intelligent business process management suite (iBPMS) expands the traditional business process management suite (BPMS) by adding new functionality needed to support intelligent business operations, such as real- time business intelligence, complex-event processing (CEP), deep human collaboration and mobility." Gartner also praises Cordys' Cloud proposition, noting that Cordys Business Operations Platform “is one of the few natively Cloud-enabled, full multitenant Cloud platforms”.
