According to Gartner, "an intelligent business process management suite (iBPMS) expands the traditional business process management suite (BPMS) by adding new functionality needed to support intelligent business operations, such as real- time business intelligence, complex-event processing (CEP), deep human collaboration and mobility." Gartner says “Cordys has a strong product with a modular architecture and some unique features." Gartner also praises Cordys' Cloud proposition, noting that Cordys Business Operations Platform “is one of the few natively Cloud-enabled, full multitenant Cloud platforms”.
